At a certain point in my life I have had problems with my mental health. At first, all I could do was to track changes in my behavior, thought processes and habits. After looking for information about such changes, I came to the conclusion that I am experiencing OCD (obsessive-compulsive disorder). It is a disease that needs to be treated, after which the way of thinking  adjusts and it becomes possible to return to a practically “normal” life. During the treatment, when I  talked with close people about my problem, I faced a great lack of understanding. People did not know that the issues that I experienced can be thought and worried about. This confusion resonated with me because the experiences spoken out loud sometimes sounded petty and ridiculous even to me. However, I am in a vicious circle as obsessive fears and actions have returned. I decided to make a short video that illustrates a common everyday situation through the prism of a person with OCD. The goal of this work is to raise awareness about problems that are uncommon, but nevertheless have an impact on some people.
