Avalik ruum on viimase aasta jooksul pälvinud palju tähelepanu.

Public space has gained a lot of attention in the past year. In what ways are we able to use or benefit from the space around us, what kind of boundaries are set, by whom and why? In how far are we free to interact? In the master’s thesis the artist explored these and other questions using simple materials and the spaces around him. Growing up with an interest in street phenomenas like skateboarding and graffiti, the artist learned early to walk around the city with an open eye. Seeing the space as a playground for interacting, creating and shaping the city is a way to connect and become more aware of your surroundings.
